Sunday in Sale

On Sunday Karen, Tej and I headed by tram over the bridge to Sale (pronounced Sar-lay) to have a walk along the beach front.  We had a really leisurely day, just taking our time walking along the beach or sitting on the rocks looking back over the Casbah.

After lunch in Sale we headed  back by tram to the Rabat side of the water and visited Mohammed V's tomb, a very popular tourist spot - both locals and the usual busloads of Chinese tourists.

Dinner at our favourite chinese restaurant, they do a great hot and sour soup "sans viande" (without meat) and spicy tofu, again sans viande.
